ST. LOUIS — Ice has caused a new accident in North City at the intersection of Adelaide and Hall, and there is a patch of ice at Adelaide and Hall Street. On the ice, there had been a collision. Salting the area is currently being attempted by the crews.
Avoid the area due to the wreck and ice if possible.
