Overnight crash causes dangerous backups on I-44 EB

ST. LOUIS – A one-car crash caused an early morning traffic jam on eastbound I-44.

According to reports, it happened around 2:30 a.m. Washington Avenue. Both lanes were closed for nearly an hour while first responders cleaned up debris.
