ST. LOUIS – The man convicted of killing four people from the same family will be sentenced Thursday, November 3.
Last month, a jury convicted Richard Emery of murdering his girlfriend, her two children, and her mother.
It took the jury less than two hours to reach a verdict. They also unanimously recommended the death penalty. Thursday afternoon, a judge will formally sentence Emery for the 2018 murders.
