EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. – The city of East St. Louis hosts their own Trick-or-Treat Tent City event.
Mayor Robert Eastern III is also opening his haunted office to visitors. There will be plenty of candy and treats.
It’s all happening from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the East St. Louis City Hall on Riverpark Drive.
