ST. LOUIS – Locals in Alton will be out in full force for the annual Halloween Parade.
It’s one of the oldest in the country. There will be dozens of floats, bands, and costumed marchers.
The parade kicks off at 7:00 p.m. on the corner of Washington Avenue and Broadway in dowtown Alton.
