CARROLLTON, Ill. – The city of Carrollton, Illinois is getting a new water treatment plant.
Congressman Rodney Davis will visit the city Wednesday to announce the project. It’s all thanks to funding he secured through the 2022 Federal Appropriations Bill, which passed back in March.
Nearly $2 million will go toward the new water plant.
