ST. LOUIS – Monday, November 7 is the start of Missouri’s Winter Preparedness Week.
State emergency officials and the National Weather Service urge you to have an emergency kit in your car and try to avoid driving during dangerous storm conditions. MoDOT crews held their winter operations drill two weeks ago.
They shared that they’re short about 1,000 snow plow operators this year.
