ST. LOUIS – Hudson Elementary in the Webster Groves School District is hosting their 2nd annual ‘Got Culture’ event.
For the first half, students get to cook with chefs, interact with artists, and learn about deaf culture. In the second half, they learn about St. Louis blues music from musicians Ryan Marquez and Anita Jackson.
Hudson Elementary says the goal of the event is to show students that culture goes beyond color and race.
