ST. LOUIS – St. Louis City has completed the expansion of the ‘Jefferson Spaces Tiny Homes Project.’

It has doubled the number of tiny homes to 100, using $1.2 million from the American Rescue Plan Act. The homes are used to transition residents into permanent housing.
