ST. LOUIS – St. Louis City has completed the expansion of the ‘Jefferson Spaces Tiny Homes Project.’
It has doubled the number of tiny homes to 100, using $1.2 million from the American Rescue Plan Act. The homes are used to transition residents into permanent housing.
Residents stay an average of six to nine months and receive help finding jobs and a permanent place to stay.
