ST. LOUIS – The Great Forest Park Balloon Race is Saturday, but the festivities start Friday night with the annual Balloon Glow in Forest Park.
The ‘Emerson Central Fields’ open at 5:00 p.m. The Balloon Glow starts at 6:45 p.m., and the night will end with fireworks.
