ST. LOUIS – Emergency crews are at the scene of a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 270 Tuesday morning.
Our Bommarito Automotive Group SkyFOX helicopter is flying over the area, located on I-270 northbound at Dougherty Ferry, where crews are currently responding to the slowdowns. Injuries have been reported, but the severity is still unknown.
Drivers are urged to take Lindbergh or 144 as alternate routes. FOX 2 will update this story with more information as it becomes available.
