ST. LOUIS — A man has been found dead in an alley, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities report that the victim’s body was located on Osage Street, just off South Broadway, shortly after 9:45 p.m. Homicide detectives from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police are now leading the investigation.
