SHANNON COUNTY, Mo. – A Birch Tree man was pronounced Saturday afternoon after drowning in a Missouri River.
48-year-old Jason Bollinger failed to resurface from the ‘Current River’ after falling from a boat as it was going downstream. He was pronounced dead at 4:21 p.m.
Bollinger was taken to the Yarber Funeral Home in Mountain View, Missouri.
