ST. LOUIS — A serious accident had part of I-70 closed this morning in St. Charles. The crash happened just before three on I-70 westbound near Zumbehl Road. There is no word yet on the extent of the injuries. There was also a crash overnight on the westbound Poplar Street bridge.
