ST. LOUIS – Attorney General Kwame Raoul will join state lawmakers Thursday to explain legislation that clarifies what consequences ‘crisis pregnancy center’ will face for deceiving users.

The legislation addresses the practice of centers that advertise as healthcare clinics and use names similar to legitimate state sponsored clinics in order to mislead patients.
