ST. LOUIS – St. Louis city leaders plan to announce the next phase of the city’s new ‘Behavioral Health Bureau’ Tuesday.

It was established last October to focus on improving access to mental health care and treating substance abuse. Officials shared that the opioid crisis and mental health troubles have a direct link to violent crime in St Louis.
