ST. LOUIS – Someone shot a woman in the arm during an attempted robbery early Wednesday morning.
Around 2:45 p.m., it happened on Chouteau Avenue in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. Police said that they’ve arrested a suspect who is 17 years old.
