ST. LOUIS – 24 inmates at the St. Louis County Justice Center are graduating from the ‘PACE’ program Friday.

It allows them to get a higher education while incarcerated. Fourteen of the students at Friday’s ceremony will be inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
