ST. LOUIS – The man charged with assault in the crash that injured Tennessee teen Janae Edmondson has a court hearing Thursday.
Daniel Riley faces assault charges for the crash in February in which Edmondson lost her legs. Riley is asking a judge to order prosecutors to release police body camera video to them, along with other crime scene photos.
They claim the state is withholding evidence.
