FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. – An arrest has been made in the September 19th shooting of a man from Gerald, Missouri. Desante White, 29, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
The victim, Timothy Moore, 32, was in Gerald, Missouri, when he was found in the street after being shot. When EMS arrived, they notified the police that Moore was dead.
