ST. LOUIS – Some St. Louis aldermen will again introduce an ordinance to prohibit the open carrying of firearms without a concealed-carry permit.
The bill grew out of recent situations where young people were seen openly carrying firearms downtown.
Another bill deals with the “unlawful discharge of a firearm.”
