ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis County Council rejects a plan to freeze property taxes for seniors.

FOX 2’s partners at the St. Louis post-Dispatch reported that the vote was four to three. Council members chose not to opt in to a new state program. It would freeze real estate taxes for anyone old enough to be eligible for social security.
