ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Commission on Reparations is looking for ways to fix race-based harms like slavery and segregation. They meet for the second time Monday night.

They met for the first time a month ago. Mayor Tishaura Jones established the nine-member commission to seek input from experts and the public.
