ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Moline Acres Police are trying to prevent car thefts for highly-targeted Hyundai’s and Kia’s.
On Monday, Moline Acres Police will drive around beginning at 10:00 a.m. passing out free wheel lock clubs to owners of Hyundai’s and Kia’s.
